I have read the information on this form. I understand and agree that I participate in the training camp under the instruction of British Triathlon Coaches entirely at my own risk. I have considered the nature of the training camp and I am satisfied that I am sufficiently responsible and competent to assume full and entire responsibility for my own safety under the supervision of the coaching team. I am aware that I must abide by the instructions of the coaching team. I will carry out the prescribed activities with care and abide by the rules of the coaching team. I confirm that I have received via email a copy of the terms and conditions for the training camp and agree to abide by them and also pay a deposit of £100 to secure my place.
